Course overview
The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) is part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2012 and requires your business's dealings to be accurate, truthful, fair and create the right impression.

This course looks at some important legal requirements for comparative marketing  under theses consumer laws including:
  • an overview of the consumer laws and the consequences for you and your business of not complying with these laws;
  • how to create the correct overall impression to avoid misleading customers;
  • guidance on how to appropriately use disclaimers and T & C's; and 
  • Proportion of market/ Number of providers being compared compared.
