Membership Terms
By joining a Watchdog Compliance membership, you agree that your membership gives your business access to the services described in your selected plan and any accepted proposal or quote. Membership fees are billed monthly and are GST inclusive unless stated otherwise. Website prices are starting prices only and may vary depending on your business size, product range, sales channels, risk profile and support needs. Membership support is provided on a fair-use basis. If a request is unusually large, urgent, complex or outside your selected plan, we will let you know and may recommend an upgrade, separate quote or revised scope before proceeding. Memberships do not include litigation, formal regulator investigations, court or tribunal work, product testing, certification fees, government fees, travel, specialist technical advice or major projects unless expressly agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate information, making final business decisions and implementing any recommendations. We provide practical legal and compliance support with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee any particular regulatory, legal, commercial or product outcome. Templates, tools, checklists, training materials and resources are provided for your internal business use only and must not be resold, published or shared externally without our written consent. Either party may cancel a monthly membership by giving 30 days’ written notice, unless a different term is agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
