Built for the team doing the work

Move from supplier checks to the annual statement without losing the evidence trail.

The Hub is designed for the people responsible for mapping operations and supply chains, following up suppliers, assessing risks to people, recording action and governing annual reporting.

  • Procurement and sourcing teams
  • Sustainability and ESG teams
  • Legal, risk and compliance teams
  • People and culture and company secretariat teams

One annual system of record

Keep the work behind the annual statement connected.

The Hub is currently available for product demonstrations and service discussions. Customer workspace activation is not yet open.

01

Business and supply-chain records

Record operations, entities, supply chains, sites, accountable owners and the reporting year in one structured program.

02

Supplier checks and evidence

Send targeted questionnaires, collect documents, record review limits and follow up incomplete or weak responses.

03

Risk and due diligence actions

Prioritise risks to people, assign owners and due dates, track evidence and verify remediation before closing material actions.

04

Annual statement and approvals

Build the statement from approved facts, retain consultation and decision records and preserve the governing approval trail.

Designed for accountable decisions

Progress is visible. So is uncertainty.

The Hub helps organise and test the record. It does not certify a supplier, declare a business slavery-free or turn missing information into low risk.

  • Questionnaire answers, documents, reviews, risks and actions stay connected.
  • Missing or weak information creates follow-up rather than a reassuring score.
  • Sensitive concern and remediation records require restricted handling.
  • Named internal members approve facts, actions and annual statement wording.

Common questions

What teams usually ask.

Is the customer workspace available now?

Customer workspace activation is not yet open. Contact Watchdog to request a demonstration and discuss availability.

Do suppliers need a paid account?

No. Supplier respondents can be invited to complete a targeted request without occupying a paid internal-member seat.

Does the Hub certify suppliers or make a business slavery-free?

No. It organises evidence, decisions and follow-up. Supplier information must still be reviewed and important uncertainty or harm indicators must be escalated.

Can Watchdog help operate the program?

Yes. Optional configuration, evidence review, due diligence and statement support can be scoped separately.
