Can our organisation purchase courses automatically?
Individual checkout will connect to LearnWorlds when enrolment opens. Corporate access requires the organisation, learner numbers and course selection to be confirmed first so Watchdog can establish the correct team price, allocation and reporting setup. This dedicated form captures the information needed for that process.
What does corporate pricing require?
Corporate per-learner pricing applies from ten learners in the same course. If fewer than ten people need training, individual pricing applies. Larger or multi-course programmes can be scoped separately.
Can we use our own learning management system?
Yes, where a suitable SCORM licensing arrangement is agreed. Client LMS delivery, bespoke translation and client-specific adaptation are quoted separately unless expressly included.
Can training be adapted to our business?
Yes. Watchdog can quote for tailored scenarios, facilitated workshops and supporting materials built around your products, roles, policies and priority risks.
Which languages can you support?
Language availability is confirmed for each project because the right approach depends on the audience, subject, format and risk. We can scope professionally translated or reviewed training, supplier communications and practical resources. The automatic website translation selector is for browsing convenience and is not a substitute for a controlled translated deliverable.
Can Watchdog work with our overseas suppliers and test facilities?
Yes. Within the agreed scope, we can prepare practical briefs and questions, help explain Australian and New Zealand expectations, review the evidence returned and coordinate follow-up with your authorised supplier or test-facility contacts. The test facility remains responsible for its testing and reports, and separate technical certification may still be required.
How do you control translated compliance material?
We start with an approved English master, identify the intended audience and use, control versions and agree the appropriate translation and review method. Safety-critical, regulated or technically specialised wording may need independent language, legal or technical review before use.
Can the same programme train our local team and our suppliers?
Yes. We can build connected role-based versions so internal teams understand their approval responsibilities while suppliers and test facilities receive the instructions, examples and evidence expectations relevant to them.
