What is a Supplier Verification Checklist?
These are downloadable PDF forms that have been developed by Watchdog Compliance. They set out the testing and other requirements for Mandatory Standard products in a clear and easy to understand way. You can complete these forms (or send to your manufacturer) to confirm the testing and other checks for Mandatory Standard products have been done. These verification forms can be retained for your own records, and also provided to your customers (retailers or marketplaces) so that they can see what tests and checks have been conducted in relation to the products you are supplying or selling. Usually test reports, photos of the products and other relevant evidence are attached to these forms when they are returned.
